Join this free workshop with Serda Ozbenian and discover the healing potential of the vibrant, nutritious, and often overlooked plants growing right in your own backyard! In this class, we’ll explore the medicinal properties of common spring herbs, often referred to as “weeds.” These powerful plants are frequently disregarded, but in this workshop, you'll learn how they can support your body in cleansing and rejuvenating after a cold winter. We'll discuss safe foraging practices, identify key herbs, and explore how to prepare your own natural remedies.
Participants will have the opportunity to make and take home their own herbal remedy, with all materials provided.
